Heidi Legrow

Heidi obtained her education from The Canadian College Of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Toronto. She has been practicing full-time as a Registered Massage Therapist in clinical, hospital & long term care settings throughout Ontario & Newfoundland since 2005. She is a current member in good standing with the CMTNL & NLMTA.

Heidi has treated a multitude of acute & chronic conditions/ injuries working with all ages in the general public, motor vehicle collisions, workplace injuries & sports injuries. She has trained in Toronto hospitals working with high-risk pregnancies, offers experience with professional trainers & athletes, as well as offers an escape to those who simply need time to relax or ease a simple headache.
